All products purchased in store or online directly from Magic Mirror are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 

We also do not accept returns on any opened or used products. If you are unsure what products will be best for you, clinical recommendations are available through our services. Book a virtual appointment to learn more*. 

Other returns and exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis with clients who consult directly with Magic Mirror on their routines.
