We understand that life happens and sometimes schedules change! However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our team and other clients hoping to book appointments.

To respect everyone’s time:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

These fees are applied based on the appointment booked.

Please note: Clients with more than three (3) late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows may lose the privilege to book future appointments with Magic Mirror Aesthetics.
